Service

As you would expect from a company that has been specialising in the support of dealer boards and voice recording systems in the City since 1991 we provide comprehensive and flexible support and maintenance services.

Our response times can range from 40 minutes to the next day (we are based in Old Street), depending on your requirements. Spares can be kept at your site to ensure the fastest possible fix and we provide back-ups of all user environments for business continuity.

All of our dealer board engineers are BT trained.

Moves

We've worked in the City for more that 17 years so we know that restructuring and office moves are common place and can be a real headache if not handled efficiently. So we have a no charge clause in our SLAs for desk and office moves and power downs, meaning you can keep your users happy and balance your budget.

Reporting

We ensure that regular support meetings are scheduled and use our own online reporting and fault audit systems to keep you informed and your systems operating efficiently and smoothly.
