Mike Fenton
Managing Director
Mike is uniquely qualified to head a customer-focused and service-led organisation like AVT. He has worked extensively as both client and supplier in financial services. In addition to five years experience working in various IT engineering and account management roles, Mike also has a successful track record as a trader for Cantor Fitzgerald, Barings and JP Morgan. He has been instrumental as principal shareholder and director in building AVT Technologies, a sister company providing world beating financial services dealing systems which was acquired by Reuters. Mike’s role now encompasses responsibility for shaping the strategic direction of AVT.
Paul Rimmer
Director
Paul has been with AVT for over 15 years in senior sales roles. Prior to this he spent a decade in the music industry, managing technical production issues. Paul manages all aspects of our ITS dealing system division and providing bespoke solutions with his expert knowledge of system integration.
Gerry Masterson
Director
Gerry has over 14 years service with AVT. Initially involved with logistics and installations, he moved into sales and account management, working closely on strategic account acquisition. He has been instrumental in the development of several key client relationships. In his current role, Gerry has specific responsibility for Time and Data Systems.
James Gunnee
Operations Director
James is responsible for managing all aspects of day to day operational support and project implementation. In addition to a track record going back more than 15 years in delivering and managing customer support services he also has 7 years specialist experience in the Interactive Voice Response field.
Gubi Singh
Business Development Director
Gubi joins from BT, its Global Financial Services division, where he was a senior sales professional, with specific expertise in voice trading platforms and managed service solutions. His role at AVT is to increase sales of integrated voice and compliance applications to the financial trading community.
